We have developed systems for LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySql/PHP) and Microsoft servers using such platforms as STRUTS and SPRING.

EuPathDB Project
This is a bioinformatics suite of sites that I have worked on for the past three years. I am responsible for the implementation of the User Interface as well as the back-end system that allows the EuPathDB.org site to communicate with the other 6 sites to make it a live, real-time, portal to the other sites.
Please explore these sites by selecting a question and running it with the default parameters. This will take you to the "Strategy Interface" which was a major development initiative fro the past year and has been reported to have greatly improved the user experience and efficiency for scientific researchers in this area.

SoBohoBeads
This site was created using osCommerce to create an e-commerce solution for a local jewelry business. This site uses AJAX and other front-end patterns to create a seamless experience for customers. We also helped this client with other marketing materials such as brochures and business cards.

AgentBranding101.com
This is a e-commerce solution that I implemented for a client. I designed and built the interface to the clients specs and custom built the shopping cart to fit their needs specifically. Before my updates, this was a static page and the client was unable to edit or change his catalog of products without a major development effort. I was able to use some of his current code to blend a dynamic catalog into this his business. Since this site went live, his business has pickup dramatically.

Adventure Guides
This is a WordPress based site where I used a photoshop design to re-design the look of the pages and to allow the client to manage the graphics and post more efficiently according to their needs. This project involved many code changes to the underlying structure and functions of WordPress.

Two Stroke Depot
A E-Commerce site based on osCommerce. Prepared all graphics and templates for display on the site. Modified PHP code to operate according to clients requirements.
